1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only in cases of defective products. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you must send the product back to the same address from which it was shipped. You will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by our team.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. No Replacement or Exchange
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that are used due to misuse
- Items returned after 48 hours from delivery
- Items without original packaging
