How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and visit the Order History section.
- Select the order you wish to return and click on the Request Return button.
- Follow the instructions provided to generate a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- For other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days to the wallet or original payment method , if you want the refund to account pls mail us.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 days, please contact our support team at gm@qluxled.com .
- In the case of rejection payment will be credited to Shipwall wallet.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the damage/defect to expedite the process.
