How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your account and visit the Order History section.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Request Return button.
  • Follow the instructions provided to generate a return shipping label.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • For other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days to the wallet or original payment method , if you want the refund to account pls mail us.
